      Pros

      eLuma cares about its employees more than any other company I have worked for. I feel valued and wanted. The culture here is amazing. There is open communication, a positive environment, and great coworkers. They want you to grow and are very willing to invest in your growth. The work-life blend at eLuma is better than I could have asked for with paid maternity and paternity leave with no guilt but support when someone has a baby. It really is better than I could have imagined.

      Cons

      Healthcare isn't great but most places aren't. Growing fast which is good but also has growing pains.

      Pros Timely pay including pay for indirect time; access to a variety of testing materials

      Cons

      Poor to no communication regarding contract renewals; weak on-site communication. Unfortunately, from personal experience, eLuma has weak communication with contractors regarding on-site issues as well as contract renewals. If they are not renewing your contract, they may not tell you (which was my case) and instead, when you inquire, you are just told "schools are signing late this year," completing evading what is going on. There was an instance of another remote therapist being assigned to the school on the same day, the same time, and using the same room as I was using which reflects poor communication with the site to manage this situation appropriately.
