Pros

The minute I walked through the door at eMoney I knew this would be a great place to work. The thing I noticed from the start was that everyone was happy. People smiled and said hello when I walked by, there was a positive feeling throughout the company from management to entry level that I was not used to seeing in a corporate setting. The company culture breeds this... We are passionate and proud of our product and also of the company we work for. The management at eMoney works hard to let all members of the team know they are valued (through the benefits they offer (PTO, HSA, 401K, Life Insurance, etc) and the extras they pass along... free food, beverages, extra PTO opportunities, etc) Their success is evident by simply walking through the door. There is also a great opportunity for upward movement within eMoney. Management realizes the value in the people they have and tend to pull from their pool of talent first when filling positions. When you work hard at eMoney you are rewarded for your effort.

Cons

There are no real cons that I can think of at the moment.

Pros

The people are the best part - talented, collaborative peers who care about doing the right thing for clients. The role offers meaningful client exposure, complex problem solving and strong growth in cross functional communication and influence.

Cons

Leadership effectiveness and alignment have been a recurring challenge for the past few years. Communication can feel inconsistent, and key decisions are sometimes shared late, after they are effectively final. There is a strong emphasis on being proactive and client first, but leadership does not always model that same urgency and follow through. As a result, teams sometimes make more headway by collaborating directly with each other rather than relying on leadership channels, and clearer ownership and alignment at the top would reduce challenges and improve execution.
