eSimplicity has grown way too quickly without the proper infrastructure or leadership to support it. The company is in a constant state of flux with new leaders being brought in and out, mostly out, at every level, including the C-suite. This instability leads to a lack of direction and unclear strategic focus. This company is primed for a "small to large" death spiral.
The turnover is unreal — people are leaving in droves, and morale is at an all-time low. The pressure to perform is extremely high, but without the proper resources or guidance, it feels like you're fighting an uphill battle every day. There's no clear vision for where the company is headed, and it’s hard to get excited about the work when you’re unsure of the company’s future.
It's tough out there for many people, but I am looking for another job, and I know several others who are in the same situation.
