Pros
Put me at Caterpillar in Peoria. Caterpillar was a great company. The managers treated me with respect and kindness. I learned a lot from my coworkers at Caterpillar.
Cons
E Team did not contact me about many things. Put me at a contract role and didn't communicate with me for months. Once my first year ended I asked for a raise did not hear back from them and some time. I decided to get a permanent job. I gave E Team my 2 week notice which took me 6 calls to reach someone. Never heard back from them at all.
