      Onboarding documentation is clear, easy to access, and actionable. Problems with documentation are easy to resolve: HR (Prakhar Tewari) is responsive and takes action.

      Cons with System: Directory information is set. If the system has incorrect biographical information, you cannot change it yourself, making contradictions across different documentation

      One on one assistance with onboarding. Like that there is a 401k program for contractors
