Pros
Clients companies are good, But eTeam would ruin it all.
Cons
1. The leave policy is the worst. Even if you meet with an accident and lose a hand, you need to provide them with all the proof. However, your leave will not be approved until the end of the day, and your salary will be deducted. 2. Brainless people in the HR department. You will have to contact too many people to resolve your problems. 3. An inexperienced person with zero knowledge about the ongoing project as a project manager. 4. The work culture was excellent a year ago, but the project manager ruined it all by introducing some unwanted rules. 5. you'll be treated like slave, no one cares about your health, or your respect, your dedication and hardwork. 6. You have to write a positive feedback on Glassdoor and send them a screenshot, only then will you receive what is yours, after you resign or are kicked away. 7. Please don't expect salary hikes, festive or referral bonuses, goodies, and any sort of help from the company side.
