None really. If I was to say something for the sake of it, I'd like to meet my colleagues and coworkers more often in person. With that being said, the virtual campus and many tools eXp provides has allowed me to grow very close and feel the personal connection with my team that is spread around the world. I've worked with many groups of people in my career. As mentioned above in the Pros, I feel more connected with my eXp family even though we are physically spread apart.
