      Pros

      There are incredible technology tools that are available to agents at this brokerage and there is a culture of working together and helping each other out that I have not experienced at other brokerages that I have worked with.

      Cons

      Since this is a cloud based brokerage, some agents won't like the fact that there is not a traditional office space available in some cases.

      Pros

      Training program is phenomenal, stock options, and access to marketing materials and branding.

      Cons

      You’re kind of out on the island for the most part and it’s up to you to be proactive to attend trainings and advance yourself. That’s true for most real estate companies, but no one one’s ever gonna check in on you.

      Remote work is a perk.

      Cons

      The company has been heading in the direction of reducing workforce even with agent, transactional, and financial growth. Quality is no longer their concern.
