Pros

The compensation structure is great. I get paid by selling homes, stock awards, and revenue sharing. The online model saves me so much time!! I'm able to attend meetings, meet with the broker, and do other activities that I normally would have to travel to an office to attend. These simple activities saves me at least 5 hours per week. I'm making more money in less time worked. The eXp model is a game changer!! The group health insurance is a huge relief to independent contractors. The KVcore CRM is amazing and always brings me transactions that may slip through the cracks. If you embrace what eXp offers, you will do great and exceed all of your professional goals.

Cons

If you are the type of person that likes to hang out in an office and "chit chat", you will have to get used to doing this virtually with your avatar in the eXp world campus. Although, this is fun as well.

Pros

exp Realty is extremely incredible! This company cares for their agents and staff like no other company out there.

Cons

eXp Realty does have some strict does and don'ts but they are doing it for the safety of the agents and staff.

Pros

They used to have the best cloud-based model and ample online training with eXp World.

Cons

Very disappointed by their inadequate mentorship program. The lack of structured guidance and hands-on support made it incredibly difficult to get my real estate business off the ground during those critical first few months as a brand new agent.
