I had trouble in my last two brokerages. I wasn't getting the attention that I needed to succeed as a new broker. It was actually so bad that I chose to become a tour agent. Well, after I got comfortable teaching myself and touring hundreds of homes and getting zero commission after selling those people the homes, I got frustrated and incidently met my sponsor in one of the discussions on Facebook that I apart. She never even tried to sponsor me. I came after her. lol Needless to say, I am learning here and am getting my needs met. This company is EXACTLY what new agents need. Its also amazing for seasoned agents as they have programs on a multi-scale for everyone.
