      Low fee, Revenu Share system, we are all share holders of our agency, all Formation /Academy and coaching programs, All shares the company give us, the advantage to exchange 5% of our commission in Stock at 10% discount and all the support we have as well as our incredible community

      Great company to work for. Remote work environment. Great commission split, low fees.

      Cons

      Nothing really, I had a great experience. If fully remote is not for you, I don’t recommend eXp.
