work from home - saves commute and close to none office politics dress whatever you like for work learning opportunities - always something to learn family and work balance - can be busy but also compensated for family events RRSP - company contribution Great health insurance coverage plan Vitality health app - great way to stick to exercise plans

Cons

Office heating and electricity expense on your own - not compensated

Pros

Training program is phenomenal, stock options, and access to marketing materials and branding.

Cons

You’re kind of out on the island for the most part and it’s up to you to be proactive to attend trainings and advance yourself. That’s true for most real estate companies, but no one one’s ever gonna check in on you.
