Pros
Remote: employees are provided with all equipment needed to work from home. One on one training and partner pairing is provided for new hires, and everyone is encouraged to ask questions. In the past year, more layers of leadership have been put in place to provide additional support to the teams. I appreciate the recent improvements to staffing perks: extended vacation time, equally recognized holidays across provinces, RRSP's with matched company contributions, and bi-weekly pay. Dept Managers are collaborative. eXp sets high standards for team members; it's very important to be adaptable to change. Growth opportunities are encouraged and supported when available.
