      The support is endless. Everyone single person I’ve ever met from eXp has been able to support me in one way or another and that you just can’t find anywhere else

      Pros

      Training program is phenomenal, stock options, and access to marketing materials and branding.

      Cons

      You’re kind of out on the island for the most part and it’s up to you to be proactive to attend trainings and advance yourself. That’s true for most real estate companies, but no one one’s ever gonna check in on you.
