      Pros

      With a superb support structure and back office team, eXp UK provides passionate and driven Estate Agents (like myself) a platform to excel in their respective markets. Underpinned by an extensive training library, live seminars and workshops, and interactions from other agents, Estate Agents are given plenty of opportunities to inspire, and elevate their skill set and careers.

      Cons

      I’m yet to see any significant downside.

      Pros

      Training program is phenomenal, stock options, and access to marketing materials and branding.

      Cons

      You’re kind of out on the island for the most part and it’s up to you to be proactive to attend trainings and advance yourself. That’s true for most real estate companies, but no one one’s ever gonna check in on you.
