      friendly, educational, supportive, work life balance, work travel

      Cons

      high and low periods to the year based inventory for sales and purchase's agents individually hire their own Administrators not all agents are friendly to admins.

      Pros

      Training program is phenomenal, stock options, and access to marketing materials and branding.

      Cons

      You’re kind of out on the island for the most part and it’s up to you to be proactive to attend trainings and advance yourself. That’s true for most real estate companies, but no one one’s ever gonna check in on you.

      The company has been heading in the direction of reducing workforce even with agent, transactional, and financial growth. Quality is no longer their concern.
