      First year agent with a great team. I couldn't Imagine starting as a solo agent! Leads provided through Zillow flex

      Heavy splits and exp take 4k annual cap on your commission

      Pros

      Training program is phenomenal, stock options, and access to marketing materials and branding.

      Cons

      You’re kind of out on the island for the most part and it’s up to you to be proactive to attend trainings and advance yourself. That’s true for most real estate companies, but no one one’s ever gonna check in on you.

      The company has been heading in the direction of reducing workforce even with agent, transactional, and financial growth. Quality is no longer their concern.
