      Pros

      Up on the latest technology, there are so many people willing to help and classes to help you learn all the time.

      Cons

      They forced me to take a class that told me I was born a racist and that I needed to change my ways. The class was required while I was a full time employee with them, not as a realtor.

      Pros

      Training program is phenomenal, stock options, and access to marketing materials and branding.

      Cons

      You’re kind of out on the island for the most part and it’s up to you to be proactive to attend trainings and advance yourself. That’s true for most real estate companies, but no one one’s ever gonna check in on you.

      Remote work is a perk.

      Cons

      The company has been heading in the direction of reducing workforce even with agent, transactional, and financial growth. Quality is no longer their concern.
