Pros

Virtual brokerage where you don't need to visit in person.

Cons

- If the office loses a check through the post office, they chase you to pay for it when it's clearly system issue that numerous agents are going through especially with the office located in Philadelphia. - Those in higher up staff do not answer the phone regarding these important time sensitive issues. - Some staff are not cooperative regarding resolving issues as well.

Pros

Training program is phenomenal, stock options, and access to marketing materials and branding.

Cons

You’re kind of out on the island for the most part and it’s up to you to be proactive to attend trainings and advance yourself. That’s true for most real estate companies, but no one one’s ever gonna check in on you.
