      You can run your business the way you want without micro management. Stock and revenue share have been an added bonus for additional streams of income.

      If you aren't aligned with a big team it can feel isolating.

      Pros

      Training program is phenomenal, stock options, and access to marketing materials and branding.

      Cons

      You’re kind of out on the island for the most part and it’s up to you to be proactive to attend trainings and advance yourself. That’s true for most real estate companies, but no one one’s ever gonna check in on you.
