      I really appreciate all the support my reviewing brokers offer. They are there to answer any questions, give support or advice.

      Cons

      I wish there were more opportunities to meet in person and build agent camaraderie.

      Pros

      Training program is phenomenal, stock options, and access to marketing materials and branding.

      Cons

      You’re kind of out on the island for the most part and it’s up to you to be proactive to attend trainings and advance yourself. That’s true for most real estate companies, but no one one’s ever gonna check in on you.
