Awful company - Anonymous eXp Realty Employee Review

Awful company for morale. Layoffs are constant. They will hire new employees they are specifically told they don’t need the lay off the older employees. Or they will lay off full departments and turn around and rehire for cheaper. All the reviews from agents are NOT employee reviews Agents are the customers. Do not work here if you value your job security and mental health. Also if you expect pay increases regularly I would avoid this company
