      Pros

      Great for being remote, brokers are virtual and always someone on hand. Different revenue streams were nice to have but I did not practice them myself.

      Cons

      Little learning curve to getting everything set up when you are new.

      Pros

      Training program is phenomenal, stock options, and access to marketing materials and branding.

      Cons

      You’re kind of out on the island for the most part and it’s up to you to be proactive to attend trainings and advance yourself. That’s true for most real estate companies, but no one one’s ever gonna check in on you.
