      Pros

      Exp Realty is a fast growing company that offers remote job and Flexible work schedule. The company is Innovative and fun and is always seeking to improve. The company’s culture is inclusive and supportive. Real estate agents and staff work together to help each other. I love that my mangers trust that I will complete my tasks and assist me when needed. The compensation is fair and benefits great!

      Cons

      Communication needs to improve between departments. Agents need training on processes and company expectation. More payment options besides checks is needed.

      Pros

      Training program is phenomenal, stock options, and access to marketing materials and branding.

      Cons

      You’re kind of out on the island for the most part and it’s up to you to be proactive to attend trainings and advance yourself. That’s true for most real estate companies, but no one one’s ever gonna check in on you.
