      Truly a family/team environment Empowered to be creative...and learn Everyone pulls together for one common goal....which is rare in the corporate environment Very good pay

      My position was well compensated

      Cons

      I did not enjoy or find value in my time at ebbo. I found senior leadership to be off putting at best and besides my direct supervisor no one put any effort into getting to know me as a person.
