      Pros

      The organizational culture at Clarus Commerce is unique. I cannot compare it to anywhere else I have worked. It's like one big family where everyone knew one another and correlate to get job done. The communication style, office set up and the way management and fellow employees treat one another is just amazing. Even in this crazy times where working from home is the only option, the #TEAM still does everything possible to put the well-being of workers at the top.

      Cons

      Everyone is allowed to dress down and be casual and comfortable as much as they want. And you cannot tell the difference between the CEO and the Janitor if you are not told, because everyone is treated same with equal love and respect.

      My position was well compensated

      Cons

      I did not enjoy or find value in my time at ebbo. I found senior leadership to be off putting at best and besides my direct supervisor no one put any effort into getting to know me as a person.
