Lofty talks with less substance! The company has a list of failed products over last couple of years. Heavy levels of micromanagement, lack of innovation,lack of learning and some attitudes have created negative and stressful environment. The morale in general is low (people don't show it in group settings). In this day and age (being an IT/Marketing company), there is no real work from home policy. It could have been a better place.
