      Pros

      The Clarus that I interviewed for = The Clarus I currently am a part of. Clarus is truly a wonderful company with some of the most nurturing, supportive, and talented people. As a recent hire, the team at Clarus ensured that I had all the tools necessary to successfully onboard and perform my daily tasks remotely. The essence of #TEAM is present as we work collaboratively and at times cross-functionally. Not many people can say they have access to their CEO, but we can, and that's the culture that is Clarus, which sets the company apart from the rest.

      Cons

      I have only been at Clarus for 3 months and have yet to encounter any cons. I hope it stays that way because it is truly a great company.

      My position was well compensated

      Cons

      I did not enjoy or find value in my time at ebbo. I found senior leadership to be off putting at best and besides my direct supervisor no one put any effort into getting to know me as a person.
