      Pros

      The people, the culture and the work itself are all a pleasant surprise and delight. I have thoroughly enjoyed every day of work here in my first six months.

      Cons

      Though no fault of this company, the gestation period for a sale or contract is very long. The Clarus Commerce team does everything possible to support and make this as short as possible, but it is the nature and current state of the industry and sales process.

      My position was well compensated

      Cons

      I did not enjoy or find value in my time at ebbo. I found senior leadership to be off putting at best and besides my direct supervisor no one put any effort into getting to know me as a person.
