      Pros

      I have been working at Clarus Commerce for a couple months now and they are a great place to work. Their technology, processes, and people all provide a great environment to work in. They have a great onboarding and training process. The technology and mature IT environment (cloud, agile, etc) is impressive for a smaller company. The remote work environment is also well supported and yet well integrated for everyone right now.

      Cons

      I wish I had known about them years ago and started working for them sooner. I wish benefits could have started sooner. You do have to wait at least 45+ days until you have medical, dental, etc. Probably common but would be nice if they started sooner.

Regarding the benefits eligibility period, unfortunately, you're correct- like most companies, we do have an eligibility period. Benefits become effective the first month after 45 days of employment. This is a policy locked into our plan with our broker. I'm happy to share the feedback, and see if there is any way to shorten the eligibility gap in our next plan year.       My position was well compensated

      Cons

      I did not enjoy or find value in my time at ebbo. I found senior leadership to be off putting at best and besides my direct supervisor no one put any effort into getting to know me as a person.
