3yThank you for taking the time to provide a review. We completely understand that you may be feeling negatively towards the company as a result of the layoff. When we considered how to go about meeting with employees, we considered that doing it in a group setting (while ensuring no visibility amongst the employees in the meeting for privacy concerns) was best. The alternative would have been individual meetings which, once they began, word would have gotten out and we didn’t want employees to have to suffer in silence for several days waiting “their turn” for a meeting. Although not ideal, we thought this was the better option for employees for that reason. We did have to make the hard decision to leave the promotions agency business and focus exclusively on the loyalty business which did result in the layoffs. However, the loyalty and direct businesses are very healthy and will continue to drive profitable business in the future.
