3yThank you for taking the time to write a review. Our team undergoes an annual performance appraisal cycle that includes a mid year review in April, and an annual review of 12 months of performance due October 1st. As part of the overall budget process, we must make decisions around merit increases and promotions in that timeframe. Although we had to make difficult decisions with the reduction in force, we wanted to continue to invest in our active employees and follow our standard process and timeline for promotions.
