      Unfortunately this company is like a sinking ship. Nothing went right after the acquisition. The new CEO promised that there wouldn’t be many changes and boy was he wrong. A year after the acquisition they killed the promotion business and laid everyone off. Management has no clue what they are doing especially after they let go of all the executives. I would not recommend any person to work or do business with this company. I’d say run away as fast as you can. Poor leadership, management and company morale.

Although our original hope was that there would be very few changes, we did make the difficult decision to ultimately move away from the promotional agency business and further align our business around loyalty. The enhanced loyalty services that we have as a combined company are best in class and have been well received by existing clients and prospects.

      My position was well compensated

      Cons

      I did not enjoy or find value in my time at ebbo. I found senior leadership to be off putting at best and besides my direct supervisor no one put any effort into getting to know me as a person.
