We are excited to add Vanessa to the team as she brings a passion for people and culture building along with years of industry experience. On a personal level, I take the employee experience very seriously and it is a personal goal of mine to build a company that places the employee at the center. We are always open and willing to take on additional feedback that allows us to continue to improve, please feel free to reach out directly to me or Vanessa Hinkle who just recently joined our team, She can be reached at vhinkle@evolvedmd.com Be well and thank you for your feedback. – Erik, Chief Executive Officer

Pros

Evolvedmd has a great work culture . In terms of work culture it is one of the best places I have ever worked. They don’t just talk it .they truly believe in it and practice what they preach .

Cons

Things could be a little disorganized at time; Sometimes partnerships were not up to date, Tech issues would arise , therapists weren’t clear on care coordination requests. Also, you had to go to clinics at least 3 times a week . I didn’t mind going but it was frustrating being there and not feeling like there was a purpose . It was great seeing our bhm ,but other than that , We usually just sat in a corner and did the same thing we could’ve done at home .
