I would add that one notoriously egregious departmental manager is particularly a problem and his mismanagement and abusive behaviour has reduced his department size by 55.6% in the past 6.5 months, with the potential to rise to 88.9% having by the end of the summer The exodus of employees from the Berlin office is so intensley expeditious that the immorally low wages offered cannot attract replacements fast enough to retain even a skeleton crew.
