3yThanks for taking the time to write this. I believe the culture will inevitably change as we continue to grow. My hope is that the team drives and grows the culture in the ways that are needed for the stage we are in. As long as we keep helping patients top of our minds, whatever direction that goes in, will be a fun journey.
Things do change quickly! We've had a few successful launches, where by week 3 the product and process have changed so much that it's unrecognizable. You all are able to identify improvements quickly and implement those even quicker.
And each time, the patient benefits...oftentimes without even knowing all of the important work that went on behind the scenes.
