Pros
Working here has been an exceptionally positive and enriching experience. The company offers remarkable flexibility and a genuinely friendly atmosphere, yet it still holds you to a high professional standard. I’ve noticed some reviews mentioning lesson reports or not being paid for last-minute cancellations, but to me these expectations are entirely reasonable for an organization that collaborates with high-level professionals and operates in a B2B environment.
One of the greatest advantages is the opportunity to work with accomplished individuals who truly deserve your respect - and from whom you can learn a great deal. The company’s requirements, such as maintaining a consistent schedule and respecting professional notice periods, help you grow beyond the typical “day-to-day” tutoring mindset and step into a more structured, career-oriented environment.
The management team is another major highlight. Communication is always professional, but managers remain warm, approachable, and genuinely supportive. Whenever I encountered challenges - technical issues, scheduling complications, or difficult lessons - I felt guided rather than stressed.
I have been with the company for almost three years, and my schedule has always been full (8 hours a day, Monday to Friday), with the option to take on more whenever I wished. By simply following the basic guidelines—avoiding last-minute cancellations and maintaining around 210 lessons a month (about 7 hours a day) - I consistently earn the highest bonus. Even when I occasionally needed to cancel a lesson, I was simply not paid for that session; my base pay was never reduced, contrary to what some reviews suggest.
There is also meaningful room for both personal and professional growth, for anyone who chooses to pursue it. Throughout my time here, I felt that my work was not only fairly rewarded but genuinely recognized and appreciated.
Cons
None that negatively affected my experience. The expectations are clear and reasonable for a professional B2B setting.
