Pros
I have been working for goFLUENT for more than six years. It's the kind of company where you don't really worry about your stuff going missing such as your cell phones or wallet. People tend to mind their own business but are generally quite friendly when spoken to. There are instances, though, of missing food. One actually complained of a couple of cookies disappearing from her jar. Management is fairly lenient to the employees. They can step out of the office every now and then as long as they produce the required output. You can find employees who have been working for the company for more than a decade. That's how comfortable the work atmosphere is. You can even find their work stations decorated with various personal items. Many find the company their second home.
Cons
Of course, as is the case with any company, there is dissatisfaction. Pay is fairly adequate, and is even considered high for many in the industry, but for trainers, many complain that the salary doesn't increase. In my opinion, when the dissatisfaction outweighs the satisfaction, then that should be the time the employees should consider checking out other companies where the grass may be greener.
