Pros

You can make a lot of money. The people there are awesome and they provide all the training you need.

Cons

I thought it was a little odd that they told all employees in their first week on the job to post a positive review on Glassdoor. You have to make 60-100 outbound phone calls a day. Not everyone finds that enjoyable. There is no recurring income even after you've done it for a long time - your income is only the placements you made that month.

Pros

All training and equipment provided Full internal support from all departments Uncapped earning potential Remote work Encouraging culture (not stuffy, cooperate feel) fun, high energy, supportive

Cons

It's tough. It takes a lot of internal drive and commitment. This isn't something for the weak, or those who throw in the towel with things get hard. A lot of cold outreach is required to build your desk and network - that alone isn't for everyone, especially those looking for an "easy" button.

Pros

- Fully Remote - They provide all equipment; laptop, monitor, etc.

Cons

Man I can go on and on…. To name a few.. - The draw, which you are constantly in and out of. There is no way around it except keep getting placements, which only a handful of people in the company are consistently out of the draw. - They have a helicopter management style that is INSANE. They only care about daily/weekly metrics, so they treat you like a robot vs a real human. - Even though you are remote there is ZERO work/life balance. You are ALWAYS working 24/7. Sure you can go on “vacation” but you better hit all your metrics for the day and week which doesn’t allow much room for a true “get an away” vacation.
