Pros
-$12 for a shift meal. -It's a good first place to work for high school kids. It's is by far the easiest kitchen I work at. -You can train on station to get pay raises. -Hours are ok for the most part. -Honeygrow required that people outside of the kitchen work at lest one day to see how it feels to be the people who work the line feel and go through in a shift. -They have great core values and keep to high food standards they set. -They have very knowledge chefs who make the menu item in HQ. -The chefs from HQ are very open and approachable and open to help you and answer you question.
Cons
-From my experience the hr department never picks up the phone or call back. -The management changed about six times in the last year I have worked at honeygrow. -They tend to treat most of their employees like they don't know how to do anything. -From my experience it is hard to move up in the company because the management changes frequently so you have to start over every time a new one moves in. -Pay starts off at medium wage for most people. -Has a high turn over rate so new people making it hard to stay effective.
