Pros
The company has an amazing culture and strong brand identity. The office is beautiful and even provides "family meal" every Wednesday. With the honeygrow's continued growth, it gave me the opportunity to learn a lot within a little amount of time. The office is fairly diverse, and everyone gets along like family. Decent benefits, also something that has been improving.
Cons
Growing pains, still working out some kinks but moving in the right direction. Stability is needed in management within certain departments. Difficult work/life balance.
