Pros

The company really looks after its employees. All the policies are employee-oriented You are heard and the work culture is nothing like a regular Indian company You will never receive a call beyond your working hours or on weekends from your bosses. We had work from home option even before covid happened.

Cons

Complete virtual is a problem. It needs to be a Hybrid work environment where we can go to the office someday.
