The people are what makes this place amazing.

Cons

TOXIC. Many good leaders have left because of the style of management that is expected from HQ in NY. Expect a Trump -style / take it or leave it approach. No annual performance reviews so don't expect to have any kind of professional development. Low pay and a "you should be thankful you have a job attitude" towards employees.

Wonderful company to work for. I learned many different processes and requirements for computerized product inspection that aided me in acquiring a supervisory position.

Cons

Wages were not always handled fairly and the time off requests were many times handled with partiality.
