Pros

Decent pay range, nice location with lots of restaurants/eateries nearby, free popcorn on Fridays, home-style gym on site.

Cons

Small company. Senior management employs bully-ish leadership style (and freely admits to it with a sense of pride). Know for a fact that one of the positive reviews is fake and was written to make company look more attractive. Blatant favoritism of certain staff members causes toxic and inefficient work environment. As previous review stated, nepotism is alive and well here. They supposedly value equal respect of all employees, "big family" atmosphere, honesty means everything, etc. Looks good on paper, but is not the case in reality. It is a weird and dysfunctional environment. Left there thinking "In summary, this is time of my life I will never get back."

Competent team easy to work with. Constant exchange of ideas among colleagues. Access to a modern tech stack. Flexible hours and WFH options. Good pay and benefits.

Cons

Process updates can take time to roll out, which slows things down.

Pros

There is nothing positive to say about iBASEt. The experience was consistently unpleasant, and it is deeply regrettable having spent time here at all. It is strongly advised to avoid this company and seek opportunities elsewhere instead of settling here.

Cons

• This is one of the worst companies to work for, especially for experienced professionals trying to grow their careers. • The base salary is insultingly low compared to expectations and responsibilities. • Management repeatedly makes promises but fails to follow through on them. • Employees are expected to meet extremely high demands with very little support. • When expectations are not met, employees are treated as incompetent and disposable.
