      Pros

      There are a lot of exciting things happening at the company. People believe in what they are selling and are committed. Also happy that the company invests a lot in young talent. Everyone is dedicated and hardworking, and recognizes hard work and achievements of others.

      Cons

      No 401k matching. Also, the company is growing rapidly and there are growing pains to mitigate. Also, I think they should instill a summer fridays program of some sort.

      Pros

      My team was very committed to our customers and very collaborative with each other. Everyone was kind to each other, and historically there had been opportunities for mentorship and career development.

      Cons

      Unclear expectations from leadership. We always felt like we were trying to play catch up with how things were changing. We also always felt like we were underpaid.
