      Pros

      Advancement and compensation are largely objective and based on results and metrics. The health care is incredible. Flexible scheduling available if you can work that out with your manager. Moving to an awesome new office. Really fun company wide events (holiday party, summer picnic, team events) Great culture, have made some wonderful friends here. Paternity leave us newly being offered.

      Pros

      My team was very committed to our customers and very collaborative with each other. Everyone was kind to each other, and historically there had been opportunities for mentorship and career development.

      Cons

      Unclear expectations from leadership. We always felt like we were trying to play catch up with how things were changing. We also always felt like we were underpaid.
