Pros
Many of my colleagues were caring and hard working. Colin Day is great at casting vision, but there are tons of growing pains all over. Fully paid health care for employee is a nice benefit.
Cons
The HR department is making stuff up as they go. Performance review metrics change every six months and sales goals are always late, which makes it next to impossible to have any long term success plan as an individual contributor. If you are interviewing there, ask if your role is a backfill or new headcount and why.
