      Pros

      Its refreshing to work for a company that truly holds its core values in such high regard. As a whole, everyone is very helpful and solution focused. Fantastic company culture! iCIMS is also great at supporting and facilitating personal and professional development, which is another positive for working here.

      Cons

      Have noticed some favoritism, especially towards those employees who have been here for a while.

      Pros

      My team was very committed to our customers and very collaborative with each other. Everyone was kind to each other, and historically there had been opportunities for mentorship and career development.

      Cons

      Unclear expectations from leadership. We always felt like we were trying to play catch up with how things were changing. We also always felt like we were underpaid.
