Pros
It’s in Nj. Onboarding is great (but after that it’s downhill). Benefits are ok. Good place to start (lots of interns and young college grads). My advice is get some experience and move on quickly.
Cons
This company has not grown up well, and is severely lacking in the ability to coordinate basic processes to support their vision. Constant restructuring, stagnant product, executive indecision and ineffective communication have resulted in incomplete and poorly engineered products, failure to meet customer expectations (or complete against new players), poor customer experiences, exceedingly slow development practices, lack of innovation, internal politics, low morale and a toxic culture. If this company was great once I missed the boat.
