As a long time iCIMS employee, I have seen the company grow significantly over the past few years. It is very exciting to be a part of that growth and know that what I do on a daily basis makes a difference. The company gives employees the opportunity to grow and develop and encourage internal movement/promotion. There is endless coffee, soda and juice, bagels every Friday, and company lunches once a month. The environment and culture are fantastic. Everyone is passionate, driven and wants to help the company succeed. iCIMS plans some really great events every year including a company picnic, holiday party and Bring your kids to work day. There is a great work/life balance and flexibility is given when needed. The positive attitude is infectious and really exciting to be a part of. Healthcare is really important to the CEO so our rates have not gone up in many years and the benefits are fantastic.
Cons
- Currently no 401k Matching but that is coming soon and everyone is very excited because the company listens to their employees needs. - No paid maternity leave so save up before if you plan on becoming a parent - The company is very metrics driven so if you don't like being held accountable to your own performance, this isn't the place for you. iCIMS strives for top level talent that wants to succeed.
